The Campus

The College of Pharmacy Agra is located in the heart of the city and is well connected by various transport facilities like train, bus and taxi. The nearest railway station and airport from the college are Agra Railway Station and Agra Airport, located at a distance of around 10.00 KMs and 30 KMs, respectively. The various tourist places (like Taj Mahal and Mehtab Bagh) and food joints (like Pizza Hut and Mc Donalds) enable students to refresh themselves taking time out of their hectic schedules.

Herbal Garden

Having a herbal garden is to protect and promote the therapeutic worth of plants that grow largely wild in our environment and whose characteristics aid in preserving a healthy balance between man and nature. Herbal garden is a valuable source of raw materials for medical treatments used in primary care. Students have the opportunity to get benefited from this garden by identifying various types of medicinal plants and gaining a grasp of the morphological characteristics of these plants.

Herbal garden is a place where students get exposure to various medicinal plants and get knowledge about their useful effects including their source, botanical names, cultivation techniques and their constituents etc.

College of Pharmacy - Agra has well maintained medicinal Herbal Garden with about twenty four plants that are maintained properly. This helps the students to see and learn about the plants in their natural habitat. This provides plants material for conducting the practicals of B. Pharm & D. Pharm students.
